At Greenock, a public Donald Ross-designed course in Lee, three players advanced to the championship. Nate Jordi (Shining Rock Golf Club) led the way with an even-par 70, while Galen Fowles (The Ranch Golf Club) and Michael Murray (Westover Golf Course) carded 71 and 75, respectively. Jordi shot a bogey-free 32 on the back nine with three consecutive birdies on holes 13, 14 and 15, and Fowles made eagle on the par-4 4th.

At Cape Ann, Matthew Quinn (Worcester Country Club), whose uncle is U.S. Open competitor Fran Quinn, earned medalist honors with a 1-over 69. Quinn tallied three birdies to earn his first-ever spot in the championship. Malden Catholic standout Brendan Zinck and Austin Prep standout Zach Bova shot 72 and were among the 10 to qualify. Maxwell Johnson (Renaissance), who played in the Mass Four-Ball Championship and Mass Mixed Four-Ball Championship with Morgan Smith, was among three to make the cut at 7-over 75.

At Dudley Hill on Wednesday, Owen Blakely (Wellesley Country Club) led seven qualifiers by shooting 3-under 69, going under-par in both trips around the 9-hole golf course (white/blue tees combo). Paul Zeller (Country Club of New Bedford) made birdie on his final two holes to shoot even-par 72. Josiah Hakala, a New Hampshire native who belongs to Northern Spy, finished 1-over to make the cut. Noah Farland (Andover Country Club) finished 1-over and finished with a birdie, as did Michael Marshall Jr (Harmon Golf), who needed it to make it above the cutline at 2-over.

At Bayberry Hills on Thursday, Dom Garbarino (MIAA), who just wrapped up his third year at St. John’s High School in Shrewsbury, finished with medalist honors after carding an even-par 72. Garbarino slid into the top spot after shooting a 33 on the back nine, including an eagle on the par-5 14th hole, that was the lowest among all qualifiers. Justin Peters (NEPGA), Ryan Fay (Dedham Country and Polo Club) and Joey Nee (Walpole Country Club) all withstood bogeys on the final two holes to secure a spot in the championship. Tyler Ford (MIAA) and Benjamin Madden (The Country Club) both made par on their final two holes to secure a spot at 6-over.
