BAY STATE REPRESENTED AT 5th annual Epicurea Food Wine Golf Vacation

ANGUILLA, British West Indies – Executive Chef Anthony Rabeni, of Vineyard GC on Martha’s Vineyard, and Jennifer Hudson, of Sankaty Head GC on Nantucket, were both a part of last week’s 5th annual Epicurea, a Caribbean culinary vacation hosted by The Met Golfer Magazine and PGA Magazine. 

There were 89 attendees who enjoyed a culinary, wine and golf extravaganza held at CuisinArt Resort & Residences.

Rabeni, who lives on Martha’s Vineyard year-round, both cooked meals and led cooking classes during the event. During his 16-year career, he has made Vineyard GC most organic and environmentally-sensitive golf club in the world. During this past year he was also Augusta National Golf Club Chef Team Member for The Masters. He’s also a team member at Eastward Ho! Club in Chatham.

Hudson, the Director of Instruction at Sankaty Head GC, helped lead several golf clinics during the vacation. A PGA Class A and LPGA T&CP Member, Hudson was also named the 2019 New England PGA Teacher of the Year.

She is in her fourth year as Teaching Professional at the Academy of Golf at Ocean Reef Club and serves as a member of the Titleist Leadership Advisory Staff where she is leading the transformation of Titleist & FootJoy to include women and growth of the game players in their brand, equipment and apparel.
