ABOUT THE AWARD
The WGAM Junior Scholarship Fund, Inc. was organized in 1985 for the sole purpose of providing scholarship aid to deserving WGAM junior golfers. It is a federally income-tax-exempt organization as determined by the Internal Revenue Service.

When the merger between the former Massachusetts Golf Association and Women’s Golf Association of Massachusetts became official, the Mass Golf Board of Directors made a decision to continue supporting the WGAM Junior Scholarship Fund so that all existing scholarship funds could go towards assisting deserving candidates.
