Point System for Super Senior Player of the Year - MASSGOLF

In order to be eligible to receive Super Senior Player of the Year points, players must compete in at least one Mass Golf sponsored event included in the point system (including qualifiers). Any player who is exempt into a USGA Championship Proper will earn the points associated with qualifying for each respective USGA Championship Proper. Any points earned by a super senior competitor in the Richard D. Haskell Player of the Year or George M. Cohen Senior Player of the Year Standings will be added to their Super Senior Player of the Year Standings. Players will be awarded points for only one regional event included on the Richard D. Haskell Point System – their best finish will be counted. Only teams consisting of two (2) super senior players are eligible to earn Super Senior Player of the Year Points for Four-Ball events. The final decision of the Super Senior Player of the Year rests with the Mass Golf Board of Directors.
