Throughout the past week, The Country Club in Brookline put on one of the most memorable and challenging tests of golf seen in recent years. In the end it was England’s Matthew Fitzpatrick who earned the title, nine years after capturing the U.S. Amateur title at the same place.
As the world’s best players convened in the Bay State this past week, the Mass Golf Communications & Marketing team was there providing insights on the fan experience, local players in the field, and the countless Mass Golf volunteers who gave their time to ensure the championship ran smoothly and efficiently.
