AboutThe Women’s Spring Team Matches are a statewide tournament consisting of 5 matches played on Thursdays (April & May) between Mass Golf Member Club teams. The format is individual head-to-head match play using full handicaps.
A player must have a handicap index of 36.0 or less and must have posted five (5) 18-hole scores during the 2018 golf season. A team consists of 5 players from the same Member Club who are committed to play and listed on a set roster.
Teams are coordinated by a designated chairperson at each participating Member Club. Chairpersons are responsible for submitting permission forms and rosters online prior to the season. Only one person from a Member Club club can complete the registration for up to three teams (max). There is no individual registration for Spring Teams. Registration takes place in December prior to the start of the new season.
