Mass Golf Introduces Riley Blue To Full-Time Staff As Manager Of Technology

NORTON, Massachusetts (January 15, 2025) – Mass Golf, the state golf association for Massachusetts, has officially welcomed Riley Blue as the new Manager of Technology.

Blue brings extensive expertise as a HubSpot Administrator, specializing in advancing technology and business intelligence. In her new role, she will oversee customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives through HubSpot while implementing innovative technology strategies, streamlining processes, and delivering measurable results.

“We’re thrilled about the positive contributions Riley will make to our organization and the wider Mass Golf community,” said Mark Gagne, Mass Golf’s Senior Director of Member Services. “Her robust experience will be pivotal as we further develop our data-driven strategies. Riley’s proficiency with HubSpot, paired with her forward-thinking approach, will unlock key insights that foster membership growth, deepen engagement, and enrich the overall experience for our community.”

In her new role, Blue will be responsible for discovering insights that will develop and inform data-driven strategies to guide programs, including but not limited to membership growth, advancing member engagement, and enhancing the member experience. She will also regularly monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data.

“I’m eager to contribute my skills to support Mass Golf’s growth and success, and I’m looking forward to being part of a team,” Blue said. “I can’t wait to get started and collaborate with such a talented group of people.”

Blue, who received a Bachelor’s Degree from Roger Williams University and an MBA from Johnson and Wales University, previously worked as a Marketing Systems Manager at SquadLocker, which provides sports uniforms and custom apparel to schools and businesses. She was also a Social Media Marketing Intern for Flourish Care (formally known as momunity), a non-profit organization that connects the community to provide resources for new and expecting moms.

In her free time, Blue says she enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, playing video games, and spending time with my family & friends and her two cats – Goose & Pepper.
