DEFINITIONS
“Mass Golf” means Mass Golf, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to advancing golf in Massachusetts by building an engaged community around the sport, whose principal office is at 300 Arnold Palmer Blvd;
“Delta Air Lines” means Delta Air Lines, Inc., a stock corporation under US American law, registered under the number 0654427 in the Company Register of Delaware, USA;
“Delta Vacations” means Delta Vacations LLC, a limited liability company under US American law, registered under company number 767900900022 in the Company Register of Minnesota, USA;
“Sweepstakes” means a prize draw which is free to enter and does not require any payment to participate in terms of Schedule 2 of the Gambling Act 2005;
“The Sponsor” means Mass Golf.
ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Open to legal residents of the 50 US states and DC, excluding New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Puerto Rico and USVI.
1.2 All employees and the immediate families of the Sponsor, Delta Air Lines, Delta Vacations, their agents, prize providers or partners, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. This exclusion includes all board members, officers, and committee members of the Sponsor along with their respective spouses and immediate family.
1.3 To participate entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
1.4 Limit of one (1) entry per person.
1.5 This promotion closes at (11:59 pm) Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on (June 3, 2022) for receipt of all entries.
1.6 By entering the Sweepstakes the entrant is agreeing to these Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions.
HOW TO ENTER
2.1 The Sweepstakes begins at (12:00am) Eastern Daylight Time on (May 16, 2022) and ends at (11:59pm time) EDT on (June 3, 2022) (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries after that time and date will not be included in the Sweepstakes Mass Golf’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. To enter visit https://www.massgolf.org/deltascotlandsweepstakes2022/ to complete the registration form. Entrants must provide their first name, surname, email address, phone number, street address, city, state, and zip code. Each fully completed and submitted registration form will generate one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
2.2 Receipt of entries will not be acknowledged.
2.3. Mass Golf or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries or any claims as a result of being lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, or because of technical failures or otherwise, including such failure which is within the control of the Mass Golf or its agencies.
2.4 Mass Golf reserves the right to require the winner(s) to provide proof of identity, age and residency, as Mass Golf may deem necessary. Identification considered suitable for verification is at Mass Golf’s discretion.
2.5 Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited. Third party entries or those made online using bulk methods such as the use of automated devices, processes, or syndicated entries are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified. Entrants who purposefully do not give correct details in order to manipulate the promotion will be disqualified. You may not disable, hack or overcome any of our online systems or security features.
DRAW
3.1 One [1] winner will be selected from all eligible entries received by the closing date, June 3, 2022. The draw will be conducted randomly within 14 days of the closing date. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and by the decisions of Mass Golf, which are final in all matters relating to the prize draw. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
3.2 Odds of winning a Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Winning a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
PRIZE
4.1 One (1) winner will receive the prize. The prize comprises:

4.3 The prize is as stated and is non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash or other alternative is available (in whole or in part), except that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Sponsor reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
4.4 The prize does not include any travel insurance or any other meals or related living expenses. All travel, activities, and accommodation are at the winner’s and travel companion’s risk. Transportation to and from the departure point, taxes, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades, or all other costs and expenses associated with this prize not specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the Winner or other party incurring such costs, and will not be covered by The Sponsor. The Sponsor will also have no liability in relation to Covid19 related costs or cancellations and the Winner should have adequate insurance to cover this.
4.5 Winner(s) and travel companion(s) must travel together, departing from and returning to Boston Logan International Airport at the same time and on the same itinerary. Winner(s) and travel companion(s) must provide their own travel to and from Boston Logan International Airport. The travel companion must be aged 18 years or over, unless the winner is the travel companion’s parent or legal guardian or has the written permission of their parent or legal guardian. The Sponsor is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to any travel arrangements.
4.6 Winner(s) and travel companion(s) will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification and compliance with all travel and health requirements (i.e. passports, driving licences) relating to the acceptance and use of the prize package(s). The Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
4.7 If the winner is unable to use the prize by the date specified at Condition 4.2 the prize will be forfeited. All activities, travel and accommodation are subject to availability, weather conditions, and are subject to the individual prize provider’s standard terms and conditions, which can be found by contacting each prize provider as specified above at Condition 4.1.
NOTIFICATION
5.4 The winner will be notified in writing by email or post, within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of first notification attempt; if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable; if the winner does not accept the prize or in the event of non-compliance with these prize draw Terms and Conditions; the Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Upon confirmation of receipt of notification, the winner will be provided with a trip certificate to be redeemed directly with Delta Vacations.
CONDITIONS
5.5 The Sponsor is not responsible if any portion of the prize cannot be awarded or used due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s and any prize provider’s reasonable control.
5.6 The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this prize draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control that makes it reasonably necessary to do so but will use all reasonable endeavors to minimize the effect to participants.
5.7 The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the prize draw, or the Mass Golf website, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
5.8 The prize draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of Scotland, which shall be exclusively applicable to any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the prize draw or these Terms and Conditions. The Courts in the part of the UK, CI, IoM or ROI that you are domiciled in shall each have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes, provided that the Scottish Courts shall always have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes.
5.9 The winner(s) will not be required to participate in any publicity arranged by the Sponsor or their agencies, but the name and state of the winner(s) will be released under Condition 7.1 upon request.
5.10 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to restrict your statutory rights as a consumer, or seeks to exclude or limit the Sponsor or the prize provider’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence or for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5.11 The Sponsor will not be liable to reimburse your costs or expenses incurred in entering the prize draw (if any).
USE OF DATA
6.1 Mass Golf will only send marketing literature by email to entrants who have “opted-in” on the relevant entry form to receive emails in respect of further information from Mass Golf. Mass Golf will always provide recipients with an option to “opt-out” of such marketing communications at any time.
